2023 NRECA Youth Leadership Council national spokesperson Rukaya Alrubaye encourages us to “aspire to inspire.” Welcome to Week 160 of The Friday Feature. Thank you Rukaya for sharing your story to inspire others! Connect with her to help grow her network. #keeppushingforward Rukaya is a senior at Haas Hall Academy in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born in Iraq and moved to the United States in January 2008 when she was two years old. She seeks to better the world through prevention efforts, community service and even baking for neighbors and friends. In the future, she hopes to become a doctor and return annually to third-world countries to provide free health care. Thanks, Ozarks Electric Cooperative for helping push her forward!
