A Benton Mobile Food Pantry: SEMO Electric, GoSEMO Fiber Partner with the Charleston Baptist Association

SEMO Food Bank’s truck arrived at the Charleston Baptist Association’s parking lot in Benton, bringing with it a variety of food for the mobile pantry. Team SEMO, comprised of SEMO Electric Cooperative and GoSEMO Fiber employees, collaborated with the Charleston Baptist Association to ensure that hundreds of families had access to essential food items. The cooperative effort involved loading vehicles with a variety of goods, from potatoes and corn to frozen pizza, hot cocoa, and stuffing, all aimed at making lives better in the community. Team SEMO donated money to pay for the outreach.
