Reminder: 2022 Annual Meeting is Thursday, May 12
All members (one per household) who participate will receive a $15 bill credit, plus a participation gift and be placed in a grand prize drawing for one of five $250 bill credits. The Grand Prize Drawing will be held live on SEMO Electric Cooperative’s Facebook page at 9 a.m. Friday (May 13).
Registration and voting will take place from your vehicle’s window during the event. Members will be asked to approve minutes from the 2021 annual meeting, approve 2021 financial statements and elect four members to SEMO Electric's Board of Directors. Voting will end at 6 p.m. so ballots may be counted. Results will be announced during the business meeting, which will start at 6 p.m. The business meeting will be broadcast live on Facebook and Classic KYMO 105.3 FM. Members may park and attend the business meeting in person.
