Lifeline Eligibility Requirements
- Participants can receive one discount applied to one service, including mobile voice, mobile data, fixed voice, or fixed broadband.
- Annual re-certification required for participation.
- Requirements include participation in at least 1 of the following programs:
- SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance)
- MO HealthNet (Medicaid)
- SSI (Supplemental Security Income)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance
- Veteran’s Pension or Survivor’s Pension benefit
- Income-based eligibility (At or below 135% of Federal Poverty Guidelines)
